Drogo died of infection as well. You memory is shite.

Technically, he died of asphyxiation when Daenerys smothered him with a pillow.

Death by steel and poison are considered natural causes in Westeros.

He was in a vegetative state. Deadish is close enough.

GRRM.

No, wait, likely heart attack. Does that count as "Natural Causes"?

I would kill him if I had read all the books only to realize he's never going to finish them.

And if, by some miracle he does, then, and only then, will I read them.

Technically, Xaro Xhoan Daxos and the slave died of either starvation or dehydration, the latter being the more likely. Technically, that would be natural causes.

Didn't show them die, so they might still be alive.

If Theon didn't die of infection then no one will, ever.

It's implied that Ramsay cauterizes. While I agree with you it's still likely that abuse, with that level of medicine (maesters don't have antibiotics), he probably still dies from infection, it's not a normal progress. In addition, a lot of what Ramsay does is amputation. Not leaving a wounded limb to fester - could be somewhat realistic. In the books, it's clear that the treatment has taken a lot out of Theon and I wouldn't expect him to live much longer, regardless. Saving whomever (book or show) may turn out to be his final charge - his "redemption" if you will.

In the books, Xaro is currently blockading the harbor so Dany can't sail to Westeros, so he is actually still alive.

He was dying of infection so Daenerys had the witch do a spell to keep him alive. She failed to mention he'd be brain dead.

Technically, Drogo died when Daenerys suffocated him.

Lots already have, under Sheriff Bell's definition. Talking about all the bodies at the shoot out on the border:

Really? I'd actually like that. He's one of my favorite characters in the show. Any man who can convince everyone he's the richest man alive while he's actually dead arse broke is my kind of guy.

It's also things like this that make me glad I've held off on reading the books. Waiting on fat bastard to finish the series when I'm this far in would irk my nerves.

Kahl Drogo died of natural cause- an infection in a wound.

Besides, who cares? Most of the characters we are following are not of the age where they are dying of natural causes. They wouldn't be doing what they're doing if they had cancer or whatever. It's a brutal world.
