Who wins: Clubber Lang vs. Ivan Drago

Happen to catch the end of Rocky III on TV and got to thinking, at their peaks, who wins in the boxing ring between these two?
Would Clubber Lang vs. Apollo Creed in their primes be a better discussion?

Rocky and Clubber were both about 5'6. Drago must crush him.

A normal heavyweight averages 700 psi in a punch. Drago averages 1800 psi in a punch. Whatever he hits, he destroys.

Clubber Lang got smoked by an Apollo trained Rocky

Clubber was portrayed as a bad-arse...

A PED monster.
But Clubber was the better boxer...Drago fought like an amature...all awkward, off-balance, stalking his prey with a big fist waiting to club him.

Clubber Lang was my favorite of all of Rocky's opponents. Dude was a product of the mean streets who just wanted a shot at the good life. He wouldn't be intimidated by Drago, either... he'd bring the fight to him. My vote is for Clubber.

While on paper it looks bleak for Lang, Drago only lost the fight to Rocky beacuse of Rocky's resilience in the ring.
Lang matches up better from a physical standpoint and brings a lot more power with his punches.
While Rocky put on an impressive performance against the Russian, he has no where the power Lang has which I think would go a long way against Drago.
