Rewatching season 6 to see if I missed anything. Checked out some spoilers for season 7 on youtube. Damn wish this season would get here. My Sunday nights I just think of what could be. I know get a life, NO Game of Thrones just get your arse back on tv.

Great episode I started my rewatching on that episode. Bran used Hodur like a little bitch his whole life just so his fat arse could hold da door

(SPOILERS)

Just finished my first watch of GOT yesterday. Went out and bought the first 5 books and stated on those. Then started watching it from the very beginning because there was a lot of details I missed or forgot. The Lanisters were twins, the Hound and the Mountain are brothers, Jorah was from Bear Island and that's his sister who is Lady of Bear Island, etc.

Thanks for the spoilers tip. My Gf has become a GOT junky she is reading or watching anything about GOT. I am just starting to get more into the hound character. Didn't know he and the mountain were brothers.

How did anyone not know this? Their backstory is explained in season 1 episode 2 at the tournament for Ned. Littlefinger tells Sansa the story of how The Mountain gave The Hound his burn scars

I don't claim to know everything about the show but it's the only show I can go back to a previously watched episode and learn something new every time. Looks like I will be going back to season 1 now.

Yes but I forgot. Then you don't see the Mountain for 2 more seasons. There is alot to keep up with in this show, as far as family ties and who came from where. A second run through, of at least the early seasons, helps clear alot up that I may have forgotten or didn't realize.

Most people's heads were swimming with the amount of characters and storylines introduced in the first few episodes. A lot of details are going to be missed by the average viewer unless they have knowledge of the base material prior to watching. GOT is the perfect show to rewatch because of this, especially the first few episodes of Season 1.

Yep the first season definitely was alot to gasp if you didn't read the books. The different kingdoms and who lived there and who was loyal to who etc. I definitely understand more now but I am still learning.

Truth. I watched the first season just because it was a good show. (Probably sick, but the moment the show hooked me was when they shoved Bran off the tower). But yea, I didn't fully understand what all was going on until after I read the book and re-watched the show.

Just got Season 6 Disc 1 in the mail a few days ago. Forgot how many good moments were in the first few episodes (and how many bad ones, but luckily they can be fast-forwarded past).

Actually you do see him again. At Harrenhall but there's a different actor that plays him since the season 1 actor left. I didn't recognize him at first either.

Yeah I totally understand how that could be confusing. The Mountain has been played by 3 different actors and the one at Harrenhall in season 2 or 3 looked nothing like what you would imagine The Mountain to look like. Season 1 Mountain was the best

So we get 7 episodes this season and 6 in season 8 according to IMDB and other sites online. Only 13 episodes left in total. Maybe they will be longer than 50 some minutes.

This is the worst time of year. Xmas is far away, my birthday is coming up, no football, no baseball, no GOT, few good movies released. Basketball fans are lucky bc it's almost year round.
