Wilson was much more devastating than Jenny. I like to think that Forrest eventually realized Jenny was a manipulative c*nt who dumped another man's kid on him . he still raises the kid and loves him because he's a good hearted guy, but he grows to loathe Jenny for all the shite she pulled.

People, there is a reason I mentioned only two of his movies.

And because your two movies excluded some of his greatest moments, we chose to discuss those instead.

Any time Forrest Gump is mentioned here, it always reminds me of this thread. The second response is classic.

And the "Earn it" scene was greater than Wilson. But if we are choosing between the two, Wilson all day.

Of the two it's Wilson

A much deeper vivid view into the mind of a human who has completely lost touch with reality

This was a good one as well. The look on her face was one of "Lets go right now, leave everything and go" but his words were great. "You have to go home now."

Definitely. It's not the best movie but I think it's solid for sure

He carried a movie solo. One his best acting jobs.

I agree, but old Private Ryan standing over his grave with the "Tell me I'm a good man. Tell me I've lived a good life." speech trumped everything but the scene where he breaks down after Wade gets machine gunned.

Its well worth a watch, and a movie you ought to like, Carson. Tom Hanks really had a hell of a run for a few years.
