What kills me is that a while back I went back and looked up a whole lot of the cartoons I remember watching growing up, and a lot of them were VERY short-lived. I mean, I can remember watching certain shows ALL THE TIME as a little kid, but looking back now there are like less than 20 or 30 episodes in its entire run. Crazy.

Jabberjaw - 16 episodes
Laff-a-lympics - 24 episodes
Grape Ape - 16 episodes
Herculoids - 29 episodes
Speed Buggy - 16 episodes
Shirt Tales - 46 episodes (more than I thought actually)
The Wuzzles - 13 episodes
Dungeons and Dragons - 28 episodes
Pound Puppies - 26 episodes
Hulk Hogan's Rock'n Wrestling - 26 episodes
Space Ghost - 20 episodes
Captain N: The Game Master (the Nintendo one where Mother Brain was the villain) - 34 episodes
The Littles - 29 episodes
Mister T - 30 episodes
Pac Man - 21 episodes
Wonder Twins (can't find how many)

Even things like The Jetsons, Inspector Gadget, etc. only had a few seasons or less (even though they had a good bit more episodes than the ones I listed). It's just weird remembering watching that shite EVERY DAY back then and looking back and apparently I was watching the same episodes over and over.

Probably not short lived or obscure to some here but for me and my age group it's "The Real Ghostbusters". Loved that show. It aired when I was born but my dad recorded them on VHS for my older brother and I watched them growing up too but none of my friends seem to remember them. To me that series is pure timeless gold.

Loved the Triceratops that shot flaming rocks out of his nose as a kid.

Dungeons and Dragons - 28 episodes

Loved it - Donny Most (Ralph Mouth) and Willie Ames (8 is enough) were two of the voices correct?

Space Ghost - 20 episodes
Can't believe it is this few.

The Littles - 29 episodes
Really enjoyed these books as a kid.

The Wuzzles - 13 episodes

This blows my mind. Seems like I can remember watching it every weekend when I was a kid. I had most of the stuffed animals and a few books. Crazy to see now that it only last 13 episodes,

Bumblelion was the shite.

Does the Dungeons & Dragons cartoon from the mid 80's count? When I was a kid, that was my favorite.
It was only around a couple of years. I loved it.

Anyone remember The Littles? Probably my favorite Saturday morning cartoon.

Never mind, just read the thread.

What was the name of the Conan the Barbarian cartoon that only aired once on Adult Swim? Korvath or something like that? I'm thinking they never even replayed the one episode.

Does anybody remember a cartoon from about the same time, post-apocolypticy with a barbarian that wore an electric sword on his wrist, hung with a vaguely ethnic chick, and a furry ork thing named Ookla?

Yeah, Thundarr the Barbarian was awesome back in the day.

The Brak Show, Sealab 2021, and Frisky Dingo were all too short lived off of Cartoon Network.

Also more recently, the canceling of Young Justice.

I Recently watched a couple of episodes of Thundarr. I never realized this as a kid but Thundarr was a huge shite talker, especially to women.

'Hercules' from the early 70's w/Newton, Daedelus, Helena, Zeus, and that magical ring.

Speed Racer was truly bizarre....

Favorite of all time is easily Jonny Quest, although I was a fan of 'Fractured Fairy Tales" (Bullwinkle, Dudley Do-Rght, Boris & Natasha, etc.) and their whimsical satirical display of propaganda...

Um, it was called Rocky & Bullwinkle.

And as far as Dungeons & Dragons...was a favorite of mine as well.

This was the cast:
Willie Aames as Hank the Ranger
Donny Most as Eric the Cavalier (Ralph Malph, not 'Mouth' by the way)
Katie Leigh as Sheila the Thief
Adam Rich as Presto the Magician (Nicholas, also from 8 is Enough)
Tonia Gayle Smith as Diana the Acrobat
Teddy Field III as Bobby the Barbarian
Sidney Miller as Dungeon Master
Peter Cullen as Venger
Frank Welker as Uni the Unicorn

ETA: And Coco...
Dungeons and Dragons - 28 episodes

I count 62 episodes though.
