Hancock was remarkably bad and I had the displeasure of seeing that junk twice in theatres.

The second half was total dogshit. The first half was great because they had a great premise but didn't know what to do with it.

7 Pounds, After Earth, and Pursuit of Happiness were all bad.

Pursuit of Happyness!? That movie is pure inspiration! I thought it was maybe his finest performance and a good overall film.

My opinion:

1. After Earth 2. Seven Pounds 3. Hancock 4. Wild Wild West
5. MIB 3 with Ali and I, Robot bringing up the rear

I suspect that the secret to maintaining a positive opinion about Will Smith's acting ability is to only have seen him perform in Enemy of the State and Independence Day.

(Full Disclosure: I also enjoyed Parents Just Don't Understand and I Think I Can Beat Mike Tyson, back when MTV showed music videos.)

always a lot of WS hate on this board, but to answer your question I'd find it hard to believe there has ever been a movie as bad as After Earth and I've seen Skyline

Whoa now. Let's not get carried away. After Earth is bad, but it's not Skyline bad.

I think Six Degrees of Separation is a great film. Will Smith is fantastic in it, too.

Meh - I thought the movie was alright, and he did a decent job. Nothing about which to write home, for sure, but doesn't deserve to be in here with After Earth, Hancock, WWW, or I, Robot - which were all just terrible.

"Six Degrees of Separation" is outstanding for Stockard Channing's performance, alone.
