The "Holy shite" reaction I had after Hardhomme from GOT was pretty memorable.

Maybe not the best ever but the reaction was memorable.

Ozymandias might be the correct answer, but I would also like to submit The Constant from Lost.

Remedial Chaos Theory from Community is in the discussion as well.

Probably The Wire episode when Randy’s house burned down or the season 4 finale.

Recently, “Local News” from “What we do in the Shadows” gave me legitimate tears in my eyes from laughter.

All very good picks.

What an impossible question! The older you are the more TV you have to think back on..LOL

The first thing that comes to my mind was "The Best of Both Wolds" part 1 and 3 from TNG.

That is a good choice. Dead Freight (the one with the train heist) or Face Off (Gus vs. Walt finale) from the series another good choice. I would add Nightmare at 20,000 Feet-Twilight Zone, Turkeys Away-WKRP in Cincinnati, Pine Barrens-Sopranos, Mr. Plow-The Simpsons, Who Goes There-True Detective (with the drug house rip off), Pilot-The Shield. The biggest holy crap moment for me would be Ozymandias or Pilot.

Great list, as with many Ozymandius immediately came to mind. I'll throw in the series finale of The Americans.

2) The Last Kingdom - Series Finale
3) Game of Thrones - The Door
4) Game of Thrones - Battle of the Bastards
5) Seinfeld - The Marine Biologist

Others have been touched on but I’ll throw one from left field.

“The Curious Thing About Women” from Dick Van Dyke show is one of the greatest comedic episode setups I’ve ever seen. Every bit of that episode is setting up for a fantastic pay off in the final scene and MTM shows off some great comedy chops.

Second pick

Making a Stand - Arrested Development

“Buster had a lesson of his own to teach: that they should not use a one-armed man to scare someone.” Just joke upon joke that built up for 3 seasons. If somebody decided to watch that episode out of the blue with 0 context it would make no sense, but the jokes that have built themselves up from J Walter Weatherman, George pitting the boys against each other, the banana stand, and Oscar’s missing hand, all of it…. Chef’s kiss.

Pilot episode of Heroes.

And it isn't at all close.

The show went downhill FAST, but it doesn't take away that early season.

"The Gang Solves the Energy Crisis" from Always Sunny is probably 1b
