Did you know The Wild Bunch is a complete rip off of Seven Samurai, West Side Story is a complete rip off of Romeo and Juliet, and The Incredible Hulk is a complete rip off of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde? I bet you hate all those movies now, don't you?

Thanks for making my point for me. All of those ripoffs aren’t in the same league as the originals. Don’t get me wrong though, I think Logan was really good for a comic book movie. It actually had some real substance to it. But to think it’s a top 5 of the year is pretty pathetic.

Y’all know it was a complete ripoff of children of men right?

Sorry but I didn't see admantium claws slowly go up through a guys chin and out through the top of his skull while the was paralyzed from the equivalent of a psychic atomic bomb anywhere in children of mem.

I'm rewatching Wonder Woman. Saw it in the theaters and liked it, didn't love it but liked it. Watching it the second time I can't figure out how it makes it on anyone's top 5. The supporting cast is great but my god Godot can't act...the third act is so bad. It is a rip off of other comic book movies. I get the fact that everyone is happy that the DCEU can make something decent and that trench scene still gives me chills but this movie is nowhere near a top 5. To each his own I guess, I just don't see it, especially after the second viewing.

Why is there such hate for Nolan on this board? It's odd.

He's popular.

I'm a huge ww2 buff. Maybe 200 books. Favorite subject.
I found Dunkirk to be just a few notches above a History Channel documentary.
Wasn't as good as I hoped for.

3. Baby Driver
4. Logan
5. Lost City of Z
