hmm.... having particular taste in tv/film VS claiming that those who were correct regarding a theory are too stupid to follow a show on their own and have to pull all of their opinions from other sources. ill call out shitty movies all day long, but ill never call someone stupid for having an opinion on something. you will, though.

And, as I said, I barely posted on the show thread for over a month until the last episode, but for some reason you and a couple of other idiots keep calling me out. At least one guy obviously had me confused with Cooter or cokebottle, I assume that's what you did. You know, because of the short attention span or limited cognitive capacity.

multiple - more than one, i mentioned reddit in another post and we obviously all post on TD, so those two qualify as multiple sources. I never brought up other websites or podcasts, so you pulled those straight out of your arse to fit your "incapable of following" argument, which is just silly

nah, i saw you getting called out by others, saw your posts calling people stupid for parroting what they read on reddit, then I called you out. if you know that people are posting theories from reddit, then you're reading reddit too
even then, just because someone posts something that is in line with a reddit post, it doesnt necessarily mean that they didnt come up with it on their own. there is literally nothing wrong with reading r/westworld. there are nerds that will freeze frame an entire episode and extrapolate things from the frames. most of us dont have time to do that. it's fun to read what other people catch

I agree with all that. I got annoyed that every discussion about what was going on in the current episodes was getting derailed by people just copypasting the same theories. It was obvious that some people weren't watching the show.
It's like if every GoT thread had gotten derailed by people posting the R+L=J theory from episode 1 on.
And no, I don't do reddit, but I've seen the theories posted on other sites when looking for critics' reviews.
And I haven't said anything dishonest; there is ONE timeline, and we've been seeing flashbacks from different characters' perspectives from the beginning. Just pasting "timelines" over and over doesn't answer any of the questions about Ford's motives, the corporation's motives, the maze, etc etc, which is the kind of stuff we normally discuss in show threads.
I think it's fairly disingenuous for you to come running in late and pile on with what you think is the popular view, as if you had been contributing anything to the discussion from the beginning.
Also, I would point out, that up until you decided to keep mindlessly piling on me, I haven't called out anyone by name or made any individual personal attacks. I've tried to discuss plot developments in the weekly episodes. It's utterly amazing how many of you want apologies from people who posted their own opinions reacting to a current show, as it aired.
I happen to think it's a pretty great show with a ton of discussion potential. You might want to head down to the sporting goods store and see if they carry a cup to fit your clit if you're sensitive enough to get mad at people who were posting their own opinions as the show aired. Have a great night.

Absolutely. This has pretty much been my only entertainment board for a few years, with the occasional excursion to the Texags E-board. That was partly what made it clear that some people were copypasting from reddit - when the same images and comments are getting posted on different boards, almost word for word, it's obvious that redditors are some weird mission to argue for the sake or arguing, whether they were watching the show or not.

Now I don't deny that there are a shite ton of crossovers - folks who bring memes and other things over from reddit to here - I don't question that at all.
But, I learn about 99.999% of that stuff here, not over there.

Jeffrey Wright is an incredible actor and deserves another Emmy for this role. The guys acting is just mind blowing to me.

When you consider how good he has looked in this, opposite some quite strong actors - Hopkins, Knudsen and even Woodward (he shares most extended scenes with 1 or more of those three, aside from Wood) - I tend to agree with this. Even Wood, with whom I'm not highly impressed is "solid" (
) in this. Marsden as well - so I'm going to have to give credit to Abrams (Yeah, baws, that's ME saying that), Nolan and Joy, as well as the writers and directors they've hired to set the table for actors to really excel.
The show has A+ acting, pretty much across the board and Wright is the best so far.
