the not daryl got..I know it's odd, but looked like girlish handwriting. Also had a match next to the key. Don't know if that was to destroy the note..seems like the note could easily be discarded aside from burning.

I have no idea what the match would be for, but I assumed Jesus gave him the note.
If they let Negan take the baby, they may as well just cut their own dicks off an bleed to death. He's made it pretty clear that he wants to steal Alexandria, so this is now or never. He's been too obnoxious for too long, and someone needs to finally shut him up. I Don't think the Simon administration would be as successful, not after the "god king" has been killed.
The cutaway to the armored guy (Kingdom guy, I guess) saying that they can't trust him, plus the discovery of the weapons cache, plus Michone going rogue, plus Negan's ominous words means that shite is going to go down next week.

The guy who plays Negan (Morgan) said that the relationship between Carl and Negan would be playing out for a while, so I doubt Negan goes anywhere anytime soon.

Possible, but I don't think he snuck a key away, into the compound, knew where daryl was and back out. Dwights ho knew about all of this. Maybe the match was to cause a fire/distraction. I don't know, hope to see what goes down though.

I have 2 thoughts about this:
1. From my understanding, the people watching weren't Saviors. Those were people who live at the Saviors' compound and work for points. From all the talk about how many Saviors (negan's soldiers) there are, I imagine that there actually are enough of them who love his way of life. Dwight is the exception, not the rule.
2. To quote The Usual Suspects, "how do you shoot the devil in the back? What if you miss?"

Do y'all not think Negan taking Judith would be going to far? I think so. Maybe it's cause I have a daughter about the same age

Rick going after negan right now would be like throwing flower petals at a tank...
I think they'll show Rick and Co. submitting for awhile before they unleash their plan on stopping negan. I could see all the different factions of 'good guys' banding together to usurp negan...
A part of me wants negan to stay alive because I find his character to be a fascinating psychopath.. he ripped Carl's heart out making fun of his eye, then backhandedly (not sure that's a word but frick y'all ) apologized to him lmao

I think yes, that would be going too far. He wants Rick and crew to work for him. He wants them beaten down and demoralized and just be "yes" men to him. Taking Rick's kid would set off a chain of events that Negan doesn't want to deal with.
