Not as bad as the season 1 cliffhanger of Lost. But Lost is way better than this show.

WTF! This is supposed to be a miniseries!!!! Isn't a miniseries supposed to end after one season. Not watching the next season of this trash.

frick frick frick this Mother fricking frick Up of a Mother fricking Show! frick it right in the fricking butthole. I wish I could be Denzel Washinton from Man on Fire, and anyone that had anything to do with Under The Dome is La Hermadad. Anyone that wrote it, produced it, acted in it, or funded it.

We all just got Rosie Larson'd. Again.

I only watched this shite because I was retarded enough to watch the pilot, and foolish enough to believe we'd have answers, you know, kind of like they promised us. But instead we all fricked up and gave it good enough ratings, so that they can continue this shitfest for another season. The irony; most of, if not all of us only gave it these ratings, because we all felt that maybe it was just not shitty enough, that maybe we could stomach 12-13 episodes and receive the payoff of finding out I don't know, 1 fricking answer.

No likable characters, terrible writing, hours of wasted filler when in reality this show could have easily been wrapped up in like 4 "43 minute" episodes. All we asked for was for the answers that are supposed to come with what was supposed to be a 1 season fricking mini series. I felt less pissed off about Dallas losing yesterday than I do now.

I didn't think it would be possible that the show would be worse than the book. Wonders never cease.

Yeah, I seriously didn't think it was possible to be so disappointed and pissed off about something that I didn't even have any expectations for. It's basically like needing a penny when something costs $100.01 and not a fricking person anywhere near me has a penny. A simple enough expectation that ultimately goes unfulfilled. I just wanted a penny man. A fricking penny. Could the writers really not spare me that penny? frickKKK!!!!!!!

And Spoilers....... I mean like there is fricking any.

We don't even know if the red head is the Monarch for sure. It still might be Barbie. And we don't really know if dropping the egg in the water is a good thing. Maybe she really just fricked up by dropping it. We don't know why the dome is there. For protection? Really? Well that's not fricking good enough, they fricking owe us the answer of "what it's protecting them from." Such a cheap fricking ending. Just like season 1 of Lost, except nowhere close to being as good as Lost (and we all knew we were into Lost for the long haul.) shite, not even as good as season 1 of the Killing and I hated every fricking thing about season 1 of the Killing. They didn't answer shite, but not only that, they gave us like 5 more fricking questions to wait another year to have answered.

This show dived off from the book pretty damn quick. They are in "whatever the frick we want to do" land.

I think it was originally intended to be a miniseries but when they looked at the pilot's ratings they decided to pick it up for another season. Hence you get a bunch of drawn out plots and massively open ended cliffhangers. This is really something that could have been tackled in four hours like The Stand's miniseries. There's just not enough material to keep it interesting.

Yeah, I don't get why they so mad. Should have known the second it was picked up for another season that you weren't going to get any answers.

Naw, I saw an interview on E where one of the writers or someone who calls shots on the show specifically was all like, "lolz don't panic lolz, just because the show will continue doesn't mean we won't address the main issues/questions of this season before setting up the future plot."

Because everyone was worried about just that. That this shite would inevitably happen. It's the only reason I stuck around after like the 3rd week when they said there'd be a season 2..... Because they all but assured us that we'd get answers for this season.

Yeah, but she's 3 quarters retard. So many times she could have either gotten out of a bad situation or just outright avoided it, simply by being nice to Junior dipshit... But no, she always wants to fricking swim upstream.

And I absolutely hate the DotD(daughter of the dykes). I hate her homo boyfriend (Angie's brother) shite, I hated the whole fricking circle of people that were allowed to touch the dome. Oh and I've never hated anyone as much as I do the female cop. Holy frick! I seriously can't watch another episode. I just can't do it.

Seems like it is even worse than the book. I vowed that if he killed one specific character I was done for good with king's books. The book was 95% bad guys catching every break then the end.

Exactly how I feel. That was the worst season finale I've ever watched for any show. I can't believe that bullshite.

I'm glad there was someone who actually liked it then. Oh the suspense was killing me.

That needed to be at least another 10 minutes long with a better cliffhanger. I was very disappointed.

And how the hell does this town still have power and gas? While I am at it, how was water such a big problem early in the show but somehow there was a huge lake with a multi million dollar house on an island. Big Jim didn't even know of the home's existence or who the owner was but yet he was the head politician...

I just read thru this thread and recognize exactly 0 things that are in common with the book.
