Trying to find a thread about an older movie being delayed several times

There was a thread on here about a movie that actors kept dying or quitting that caused a movie to take years to film. Does anyone remember what movie or how to find that thread?
It may have been the lead actors of the movie. The movie may not have ever even been completed. I don't remember.
