Not gonna read this thread because I'm in the middle of Season4 on Amazon, but I got a because I was about to post a thread about Tara this weekend.

She is arguably the most annoying character on any TV show I have ever watched. I absolutely hate her and think she brings nothing to the show.

Vampires interacting with vampires is boring as hell. This show has thoroughly extracted all the horror and mystery from the genre, taking banal human stories and replacing all the characters with vampires. Watching vampire council meetings and politics in general is sucking my soul, as are all the other stupid supernatural creatures. This show is the new Weeds, except it started going downhill in the 2nd season. These last two episodes, I've had to really fight the urge to pull the plug. Sookie being hated kept me going, but then instead of taking it somewhere interesting, they had her getting drunk and banging the dullest werewolf who's ever lived. I might just bail and watch the first season again.

I was so happy when Tara and Lafayette called her out for the soul sucking death demon she is and then they go and let her sink her manipulative claws into yet another sucker.

Bitch even pulled a "You'll do anything for me b/c you love me" bullshite line out of her bed hopping arse.

Nan before she got the stake. And for some reason I think was Newlin was there/participated (which is how he ended up a vamp).

I'm thinking I agree about Newlin being involved... Isn't he the one that told Jessica something about her 'daddy' not being a king anymore or much longer... Or something along these lines?

Yeah but they also showed Newlin with The Authority as the new "Nan". So he could have told Jessica that because he knew the Authority had him.

There is a severe lack of naked women this season.

Thumbs down.

Should have started with a couple of frames with the speedometer at 80 and ended with a giant WTF?

Who do ya'll think bailed Russell out of the cement?
Either is maker Lilith, or someone he made who is likely a member of the Authority.

:kige:

Her and Nic Cage are tied for the worst accent in the history of film.

Somebody suggested it was Ginger awhile back. Can't recall who said it but the idea was that maybe she isn't as dumb as we think and she's a sanguinista symphathizer.

Well now that's an interesting development with Sookie and Jason's parents.

Not a bad episode. Next week looks pretty good too.

Yea, I'm liking this season. I hoped for more womenz and nudity and heavy duty action and they have delivered. The developments with Russell should be interesting as well. I was hoping Tara would bake herself to death but alas....
