I'm most nervous for Mad Max. I'm way too protective of the property, and I can't handle any more disappointments. I really, really want it to be awesome. I'm really, really scared it's going to be awful.

Also, I can't believe how excited I am for Star Wars. I'm not a huge Star Wars fan given my generation and nerd leanings, but the previews really got me in the feels.

I hear Tina Turner has an awesome cameo in the middle.

I don't know. The trailer looks good, but all I've seen so far are action sequences. I'm definitely seeing it, regardless.

At this point, anything other than a phenomenal film will be a disappointment, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's a good film that falls a little short of expectations. I just hope I'm wrong and it meets or exceeds already sky-high anticipation.

Won't suck, won't be great, right in the middle.

Will be a fun action flick, but ultimately be a little preachy and cheesy.

Will flop massively.

I've never seen any Mad Max movies start to finish, so this is one where I might end up enjoying far more than fans of the originals. I had never seen any Star Trek before the JJ Abrams versions, and I enjoyed them a lot, so probably a similar situation.

I have a lot of faith on Spectre based on how great Skyfall was.

I'm excited about Spectre...mainly because they're bringing Spectre back. I don't know what to expect. Skyfall was good...but overrated. It sounds like they are doing some sort of backstory where Bond is related to the head of Spectre, which I don't know if I like or not.

Same. Not sure who the villain is in this one but I'm excited to see them reintroduce Spectre. The past 3 Bond movies are night and day better than the shite they put out with Brosnan (not that it was his fault). I expect Spectre to be as good as or better than Casino Royale and Skyfall.

Good: Star Wars, BvS

Middle of road: Avengers

Bad: Jurassic world

The last half of that book was some of the worst print I've ever read. Its like the author got there and was like "I'm out of ideas." I'm very interested to see if they can make it translate better onscreen.

I don't know about these two. I liked Skyfall, I thought it was a very oldschool Bond movie. I'm interested to see what they do with this, also how many more movies are you really going to have Craig for?

Chris Pratt is in Jurassic World. I'll see it.

What I'm afraid will suck: Jurassic World,

from the most recent trailer it sounds like a rehash of Jurassic Park. They create a new dinasaur and it runs amok.

Are you talking about flopping financially or creatively?

I'm guessing the budget is somewhere around $250 million. MOS made $668m worldwide theatrically. The last two Batman flicks made over a billion. I think it will do no worse than $800m which should turn a solid profit even after the theater splits and advertising costs are taken into account.

I just meant creatively/critically. I think all of these movies will be a success by the $$ numbers.

star wars - I expect it to be solid. 1-3 were such a disappointment that I think expectations won't be as high so it will be easy to exceed.

spectre - Garbage. Skyfall was crap and some of you are too easily amused. Plot was almost as bad as QOS and that seemed impossible to match.

jurassic world - Trained Raptors? Not optimistic, but lowered expectations could help it be a hit.

hunger games - Yawn. Don't hate the movies but don't love them either.

dawn of justice - Didn't realize that was the title for BVS. I am excited for this one. I think MOS set it up perfectly with the over the top destruction.

the avengers: age of ultron - Could suck and I would still probably like the cast interaction. I think it will be good.

mad max: fury road - Wildcard bitches! Not sure what to think here. Not sure lightning can strike twice for the Road Warrior.

I'll be doing backflips if it is better than Skyfall...but I'm still skeptical.
