idn't they at one point mention that Arnold's obviously advanced age will be addressed in his Terminator or did I completely make that up?
The wiki page says it is addressed in the sense that his human skin is "aging." What that has to do with plot or what not remains to be seen I suppose.

guilty pleasure movies. at least salvation was better than T3

Matt Smith, Emilia Clarke and Ah-Nold are in it. So I'm going to see it unless it gets dreadful reviews.
Terminator and T2 are classics. I really dug Terminator 3. Terminator Salvation was fricking dreadful, however. That's about the closest I've ever come to walking out on a movie.

I just read something saying Arnold couldnt be in Terminator Salvation because he was governor so he was made digitally in as a computer graphic version. So is he like digitally put in a scene in Salvation? That's pretty cool. I didn't realize he was in it at all. What was the scenes of him like in Salvation or whatever they did with him digitally? (Haven't seen it)

It looked real strange. I think they put his face on someone else's body -- it was kind of like a video game effect. Think there was a little fight involving him.

the idea they have for it sounds interesting, sort of like a Back to the Future 2 situation where they go back into the first 2 movies. That has me intrigued but I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much.

*POTENTIAL SPOILERS*
apparently this t-800 was sent back after Reese and the t-800 from T-2 in order to protect Sarah from early childhood on. When the movie picks up he's been protecting her for 20 years already and thus his human skin has aged.

Dang, that does sound cool... That's what was so neat about Back to the Future 2 so hopefully if that is how they do it it will work out in this too.

yeah when i first heard they were making a t5 i kind of rolled my eyes but when i heard that i did a 180 on this whole thing. Lots of potential if done right.

They're supposed to be setting up for another trilogy. Apparently, the character that Matt Smith plays will be crucial in the next two movies. They've already announced release dates for 6 and 7 -- think they will shoot them at the same time because Ah-Nold ain't getting any younger.

I personally am super pumped to see Arnold return
This.

Arnold went into beast mode working out for the movie & his body measurements are exactly the same as they were in T2
Only if he did roids and HGH.

I know that he has openly admitted to using steroids when he was a body builder but I don't know if he would risk health issues at his age doing them again or not. Certainly wouldn't surprise me if he did do a little cycle to be the terminator again though.

I will watch, but Arnold can't possibly look like he did 20+ yrs ago regardless of roids. He's got that leathery saggy old man skin

Oh I know that. There was just a little article saying he had bulked up to the exact same muscular measurements as he was for T2 but yeah his face will look older & even being the same size doesn't mean he will physically look exactly as swole as he was back then.
