Its a lawyer and Michigan Wolverine. I think we can take them.

Ehhhh, I couldn't ever decide what I thought about the first Lady and there's no telling how many times I've rewatched the show. But I lean towards not liking her

Also, I would beat the brakes off Ellie

The whole Butterball Hotline scene is money

If I cook it inside the turkey, is there a chance I could kill my guests? I'm not saying that's necessarily a deal-breaker.

I think it's the first episode where Leo is pissed about he misspelling of Gaddafi in the crossword and calls the paper to complain

"and I'm saying I've ordered air strikes against the guys navy and I'm telling you thats not how it's spelt"

Or something to that effect

About to finish House of Cards, and its got my political drama juices flowing. Might start West Wing next. Love Sorkin. Politics aside, his dialogue is the best in the business.

If y'all love the west wing/Sorkin you should definitely try out the newsroom

It's awesome, only drawback is I've watched TWW so many times I can tell he's recycling a couple of storylines/lines.

I believe FDR had some medical issues hidden from public?

Anyway, POTUS wouldn't get a pass if he hid MS.

I tried the newsroom but can't watch it. The self righteous liberal agenda is for the birds. This coming from a liberal. New room is too up in my face.

John- Gerald? where's Gerald? i do hope he has recovered

C.J.- Leo has moved down the hall

John -Oh, yes. I heard about that. Demoted on account of a heart attack, that's cutthroat even for American politics...sooooo, you're the new Gerald?

C.J- I suppose..

John- Delightful

FDR, hid not being able to walk which wasn't life threatening and it was also 70+ years ago

I love the scene where Bartlett and the conservative congressman sit down and talk about election rules

Basically says, we agree on absolutely nothing and hate each other but we do agree on election rules. Bartlett says something to the effect of "I'm a know it all liberal smuck" and the other guy says " and I'm a gun totin redneck, son of a bitch" and Bartlett says yes you are and they shake hands and leave
