Interesting scene between gov and andrea.
Andrea asks gov how he keeps it safe from walkers.
Gov reveals that he is more worried about other survivors who could disrupt his community.
Man is more of threat than zombies.

Yeah that scientist guy is really creepy. There has to be something interesting in that tea that he makes. I don't know why else they would mention it two different times.

Why protect something if you aren't going to make sure you can sustain what's inside? He's giving people a reason to feel like they have to protect this place.
