Saw parts of the movie and it portrays Mark Zucumberg (however it's spelled) as a ruthless money hungry prick who would do anything to succeed. I hope that dude didn't do what they showed in the movie. Anybody got any insight other than what I saw in the movie?

I don't think it is too far from the truth.

It's based on a book written by his ex best friend

It's slanted from that POV. Believe what you want, you'll never get the full truth

It's a great movie either way

I don't doubt that the broad strokes of that story are true.

You don't become a billionaire at 23 by being a nice guy...

The movie is based off of the case files from the lawsuits that followed the creation of facebook. I know for sure that was the #1 source of info for the screenwriters. As far as that goes, the movie is pretty accurate with those details with the exception of a few minor things like zuckerburg's girlfriend and whatnot.

However, the character portrayals I think are a bit exaggerated to make the movie more dramatic and cinematic. I'm sure Zuckerburg isn't the nicest guy in the world, but that movie probably purposely upped the level of his douchebaggery a notch or two.

Zucucumber and the Twinkleslosh twins were both messed up and narcocystic. I think they all found inflooence from Steve Jabz and Steve Wanishak. They were all Pirates of Sillycon Valley.

I hope the spelling was intentional.

Well, that's kind of a generalized statement, but I'll go ahead and deny it, not that my opinion necessarily means more than anyone else's.
