He fights Gohan in the 2nd movie but there is debate about if Gohan is ssj or ssj2 during the fight. There is no lightning but it makes no sense for Gohan to fight Broly at anything less then ssj2. I'd say he is probably at Majin vegeta level but definatley not ssj3.

i saw you post this before, which sparked my question. just because its on a wiki doesnt make it fact. since you love to point out, Broly isnt exactly canon, so how can he really be measured.
just seeing his fights and power, i cant see him being lower than 2. that means he would have a hard time with Cell.
