Yeah, I just used that as a way to express the theory without always having to type it out.

If someone wants to come up with another little shorthand way of expressing it, I am open to ideas.

I thought you didn't want any part of this, yet here you are. Why does this theory cause you so much anxiety?

This thread gives the info that pertains to the theory. As you can see from the replies some people actually find it interesting. If this thread gets anchored I will see you again in the episode threads.

Why do you behave like such a little bitch?

For discussing the show in a way that some people find interesting? Who are you to think you can give people threads and decide what people can say?

Dude, your have been doing the name calling. You have called me an idiot 3 or 4 times already. I am just trying to understand why this upsets you so badly. You behavior has been very strange from the first moment I ever brought this up.

I just find it annoying that you think you're the only one who ever thought of this theory and keep pushing it every week.

I'm just watching to see what happens. It annoys me when people read into every single detail to support whatever theory they have, i'm just trying to enjoy the ride.

That said- nice write up and enjoy your official thread.

But how does

J+K=S+WW+JP=H=BS+RDC+GR=BB=TWD

Jimmy + Kim = Saul + Walter White + Jesse Pinkman = Heisenburg = Blue Sky + Red Dodge Challenger + Glenn Rhees = Breaking Bad = The Walking Dead

I am sure other people suspect it, but please point me to a write up that explains it in this kind of detail. I have repeated this 100 times now. I didn't bring it up once in the previous episode thread. I only responded to others comments. So the pushing it thing really doesn't hold water.

This level of detail? you're right no one else that i've seen has taken the time to write it out. I've seen the theory that she is involved in his practice on reddit, wiki, tv review sites, etc. Thats one of the biggest questions of the series, what happens to Kim?

The main theories are:
1) she is dead and this drove saul to totally break bad.
2) she is dead and it's saul's fault
3) she broke contact after saul does something to ruin the relationship (i believe the comment jimmy has about an ex wife in BB is used to justify this one)
4) she is involved in Saul's practice/helped develop the saul persona.

you're attributing too much to the Ice Station Zebra thing. She could have set it up for his side commercial business and then left him before he started his new firm, Saul could have named it that in her memory, or as a reminder of their split.

As far as pushing it, i remember last week you kept talking about it, and this week you jumped at every opportunity to explain "your" theory.

I'm done with theories, just going to enjoy the ride.

This is entirely possible.

This I have a hard time buying for reasons explained in the op.

Has anyone come up with a crackpot theory why Saul pretty much told Walt and/or Skyler that he had been laundering money since the '80's. Doesn't seem to fit the portrayal of Jimmy in BCS.

You can't take much that Saul says to clients at face value. He also told Walt that his second wife cheated on him with his stepdad. He will say whatever he needs to say to persuade the client to follow his advice.

Ok I figured it out. What happens is that Kim does break bad. So bad that she goes over to Gus and helps run his entire operation from off screen.

I get it. You don't buy it, but how about you try poking holes in the theory instead of just making sarcastic comments.

Several people have tried to tell me this theory is impossible, but they never have a good reason why. It is always based off of their opinion on where they think this show should go.

So, go ahead. Show me any evidence that shuts the door on the theory, or if you disagree with some of the evidence I posted tell me why.

Nah. I have no idea what will happen except that we know that Jimmy becomes Saul and does the things we witness him do on BB.

To be honest, if Kim does the whole behind the scenes thing, all well and good. I just wouldn't find it that interesting or compelling a twist or development. It wouldn't change the basic facts that we've already seen happening in BB. Just seems like it would be a lot of sturm und drang for not much payoff (for me at least).

I don't think it will really be a big twist moment. I just think we will watch week to week as Kim goes further down the rabbit hole.

Sure. I see what you're saying. And if it happens it happens. Personally, I'm happy with watching Jimmy's arc - evolving or devolving from Jimmy into Saul. You can see the traits and the events that led him this way and it makes it compelling (again, for me). The same was true of Walt in BB.

Perhaps they'll try to give Kim a similar arc to Jessee. To me, throughout the show he kept a basic morality - love for kids, distaste for killing, etc. But he continued to put himself/find himself in situations where he had to witness and even participate in the things he felt were wrong.

Like I say, I just don't see much punch in Kim taking a breaking bad arc. Your mileage may vary.

Understandable, I just have the opposite opinion. I think the big event that makes him snap is just predictable and cliche. I feel like if they go that route they might as well give him a Rocky style music montage as he trains to become an evil lawyer.
