Trevor is going to be good. Seriously, I'd put money on that. But Larry isn't nearly as good as Stephen Colbert. Trevor could be as good as Jon.
The two best are Colbert and John Oliver, though. Those two are fantastic.

The distinction they were going for is sort of like this:
Daily: fake news
Colbert: fake cable
Nightly: fake Sunday talk (thus the panels)
Haven't seen the Nightly Show, so I can't comment on how he his doing, but maybe it would be better if they did it weekly like a Sunday talk show.

This show is what you get when you make a mediocre talent the center point of a show, give him shitty writers, give him shitty guests, give him a shitty format, and then tell him the whole show has to be him attempting to wax political in a Stewartesque manner, but only using canned jokes about racial stuff.

he kind of sucks as a host, but i cant say exactly why. its a bunch of little things. Annoying voice, preachy, tries way to hard.
ANd i agree that the keeping it 100 bit is stupid. The panel usually isnt even anyone that means anything. It's comedians and stars.
He should have on authors, scientists, journalists, analysts, etc...
