I can't call it weird, because in would have to understand what the hell is going on to make an assessment like that.

This pilot is going to get skewered in the papers tomorrow.

Even the preview for the rest of the season looks confusing

Don't know what to think about this show

Is it just me or in the coming previews there is a lot of fire but it's not hurting anyone who is standing/touching it

I really didn't think it was that confusing. Entertaining and watched in the edge of my seat the whole time. Can't wait till it fleshes out some story and background. I like Peter Berg and feel this show has a lot of potential.

frick it. I'll read the book this week and report back - not with spoilers, but more as an assurance that shite will make sense.

Enlighten us all then, because I don't recall any edge of your seat moments during that hour.

When do they escape the hatch and meet up with the plane crash survivors on the other side of the island?

Ok, guys.
I thought that was a chore to sit through.

I mean, there are parts I liked.

But damn, with Lindelof writing, i can't trust the show to go anywhere meaningful or explain shite.
The mystery isn't gonna sustain itself forever.

That was the strangest thing I've ever seen on tv. I seriously have no clue what just happened. I'll watch next week but there better be some kind of discernable plot or I'm out.

I guess I was just excited for it after seeing and liking the trailers. I was nervous too see what was gonna happen next, that keep me on the edge of my seat. If you didn't like it, no biggie. It's only the pilot and the subject is complex. I expect it will get less confusing as the season progresses. Hopefully at least.

I'll definitely keep, watching to see where it goes. I was expecting this to be a slow burn type of show.
