That's really disappointing to hear. I'm a big fan and would love to see them finish the series with Soderbergh and Owen.

And S2 is just as good as S1.

It is a good show. I usually skip medical shows, but this was a good one. I think S2 was even better than S1.

I kept noticing the hot little nurse, Lucy Elkins, and finally looked her up. She is played by Eve Hewson, who is Bono's daughter.

Some of the "medical gore" is cringe-inducing... but it's a FANTASTIC show.

When you begin season 2, I'd suggest listening to the podcast done by the show creators about it. They do one each week for each new episode, with behind the scenes looks into the creation of the show. It's as fascinating as the show.

But, you'll need to watch the show before listening to that week's podcast as they do talk in depth about each episode.

absolutely amazing show. one of the best. idk what their plans are unfortunately moving forward. I know Soderbergh is doing a new show for HBO right now. doesnt exactly bode well for the knick...


eta: did some googling. Soderbergh wants it to be 6 seasons, but they have no clue what the next 2 (they plan in 2s) should be about. so basically its on hold until him and the writers figure out a plan.

Need to watch season 2. Great first season

I've read that they may move on with or without Clive Owen. I read a spoiler-ific article that pretty much summed up S2 finale. But it is still left open to interpretation I guess and vagueness. That's all I'll say to not spoil anything for anyone else.

Just love the damned show. Be a shame to cancel it.
