I've also been trying to figure out where I've seen the actor that plays Wells before. Was he on a show where he knew the future via newspapers? Early edition or some shite like that.

When the character first came out when I was a kid- he was always able to do this so it makes sense to me. Haven't really kept up with the latest "broody" versions.

You got to give it to the showrunners. They have revealed a lot of secrets about him pretty quickly, and yet we still don't know where they are freaking going with his character.
