That seemed pretty abrupt. I mean I loved that he got out of prison, but then to have him leave town the very next day seemed forced. Honest;y I kept waiting for him to be killed by Zoom or someone, especially when he made the comment about the champagne, before he made the crazy decision to leave.
But other than that one thing, I really dug the rest of the episode. The comic nerd in me really, really hopes we get to see Barry and Jay tag team someone.

Love that they brought in Garrick. Although we knew they would with the hat at the end of last season.
Hate that Barry's dad is leaving. Finding his mom's killer and getting his dad out of jail was his goal ! and now he's just leaving?
And of course Ronnie will be back. Isn't he part of Legends of Tomorrow?

Cap, I took it has Barry just daydreaming his idealistic way of how things should've turned out, instead of the reality of what had actually happened.

I knew he would make an appearance at some point with the hat, but I didn't think it would be this soon. I liked the episode. Thought it did a good job to set up things going forward.
