I don't think so. This has all happened on the same night
There was a party at the embassy that jack black was trying to go to, he went to buy weed and got stuck in the overthrowing of the government. The party was still going on as of last night
Tim Robbins is in the situation room for all this and keeps asking for 24 hours to do what he needs to do to stop nuclear war. All these decisions are being made in one night

Tim Robbins could read the phone book and still sound like a smarmy know nothing douche bag. The show has been solid despite Robbins.
