Not a film but the opening credits to Miami Vice. The boobs bouncing to the theme song was pure awesomeness for this 9 year old in 1984.

Seems to me the thee biggest (no pun intended) winners have been:
Erica Eleniak in Under Seige
Phoebe Cates in Fast Times
And of course Joyce Hyser (that's her name!) in Just One of the Guys.
Jamie Lee in Trading Places and every English teacher's mistake Olivia Hussey get honorable mention. I am disappointed no one else mentioned Patsy Kensit from LW2, she was physically perfect.

I'm sure I saw Lethal Weapon 2 at least a dozen times. To this day, I've got 1, 2, and 3 on VHS in a box somewhere in a storage unit.
Strangely enough, I don't remember Patsy Kensit's breasts. She was so beautiful that I joked she even looked good drowned, but I don't remember her breasts. That disappoints me.

They were nice. They showed them when Riggs and her were fricking in the trailer right before the helicopter shows up.
