Not sure if you're referring to a specific movie, but Salma has shown her tatas in several movies.
While this is not in the spirit of the thread (because it's relatively recent, I was already an adult and this was nothing new, the movie was directed by a woman, and the scene wasn't for titillation), I wanted to mention Salma in Frida. There's a scene where her body cast comes off, and suddenly her breasts completely filled the big screen in the theater. That left an impression. Seemed gratuitous (because you know, it's Salma) even though the director was female.

for me it was leslie easterbrook in police Academy - didn't show them all the way, but her tearing open her shirt was always a VHS pausing moment for me - even on slow mo it was awesome.

Kelly Lynch in Road House... they're kind of funny looking but those were the first boobs I ever saw not through squiggly lines on channel 99. Her rack will always have a special place in my heart.

Yeah...this. Although she's prancing around in this FANTASTIC bikini early in the movie before she starts dressing like Ralph Maccio and she looked incredible. The movie is so good that you tend to forget that and when she finally releases them you're actually shocked that they were in there the whole time. And they were more glorious than you had even remembered...
First ones I remember seeing at the theater were Tanya Roberts in Beastmaster. Then Rebecca Demornay a year later in Risky Business.

My brother and cousin snuck me into Point Break when I was 7. I could have sworn opera music was playing during that entire house raid. It didn't matter that she was stabbing guys with a knife or that Anthony Kiedis got his foot shot off. I saw my first Movie boobs and it was magnificent.

9th grade teacher put a big white posterboard over the projector when they came on. Problem is, she was a few feet or so away, so you could just see them on the posterboard.

In 71, my friend and I saw the restored version of the '33 King Kong. They'd restored the scene where King Kong undresses Fay Wray and the booby shot when she's swimming. We were a couple of happy ten year olds when we realized what we'd gotten away with seeing.
