Yep. Loose lips sink ships (I'd venture a guess that the Rezidentura knew of Gaad's trip because Stan told Philip in the previous episode). The way this is going, this show could look like Pearl Harbor at the end of the day.
Some key moments for me:
Elizabeth cracking
Paige showing some spy chops on handling Pastor's wife and the timing to get the tape back (and I would not be the least bit surprised if she figures out the Martha/Philip connection)

I thought the random Kimmie scene was lame, other than that solid as always.
I'm still not sure how Elizabeth is going to crack the Asian guy. "I'm pregnant and I'll only get rid of it if you give me your level 4 security clearance codes."
I really hope we get to hear what the proposal to Gaad was going to be.
Gonna be interesting when Pastor Tim and Stan get to be part of a dinner party together.

The vibe I get it that Arkady was behind the operation (he and Gaad knew each other as professionals [recall their "summit" earlier in the series] and I suspect he looked at him somewhat as a "friend"). I think his saying the operation probably should not been approved was him kicking himself.

Could go one of two ways: a) Tim and Alice look at the fact the Jennings are friends with a FBI agent as "proof" they're not that bad; or, b) it makes Alice fear that the tape may not be the "trump" card they think it is.
