Last night really set up some interesting stuff. Philip is going to have a hard time using this teenager to complete their mission while also protecting his teenage daughter from the KGB's influence and also the pastor that he doesn't fully trust/like at all.
Think there is something with the Soviet defector. The line about "people like hearing what they want to hear" definitely is applicable here.

Am I the only one bothered they haven't addressed the fact that of what they would do if they told Paige and she is disgusted? Kill her? Send her to Moscow?

It wouldn't be this season, but I wouldnt be surprised if Phillip winds up taking Elizabeth out. He has assimilated and she is still a true believer. I think he'd be willing to take her out to save Paige. He may get taken out afterward , leaving Paige and her brother as "The Americans" for real.
