Anyone watching this season?

Wow, what an interesting season. I can't remember a show where a season has taken such a sharp left turn from previous themes

I have really enjoyed it although I have no clue where they are going. What's up with the Brenden Frasier plot?

I like this season better than the 50 shades of gray plot from season 1 and 2

I have Season 3 on DVR but...

This is encouraging. I almost gave up after the Season 2 finale.

It's definitely taking more twists and turns. I posted about this season a few weeks ago and got zero responses- I thought everyone had given up on the series.

i think this season is out of left field. ITs like they were in a rush to write season 3

hopefully this season is setting up for season 4 and 5 because if not, it was just a bad season and the show will be getting cancelled soon.

I much prefer this season to the lust filled affair seasons

It has been weird though but has kept my attention

How has S3 been so far?

I got fairly pissed off with that series after the season finale of S2.

He's def. real but I can't tell about the abuse.

I think most of it is projected and we're going to find out Noah was punishing himself. Dude is an insanely F-ed up narcicist.

I think they made it clear that the abuse was fake, as were the in-cell visits. I don't think Gunther paid Noah any particular attention beyond introducing himself. Meeting someone from home he perceived as jealous of his escape and the stress of being in prison were the seeds for his guilt over mom to resurface.

I thought the Helen segment was really good, and I usually find her boring. It was alternately funny and poignant. Noah lied to himself for over 30 years. Helen can't make it past three. Interesting contrast.

I thought so - until he looked at his hand and it wasn't cut etc. did Noah actually stab himself or did I mis-read this?

I still don't understand to the point for leaving Helen for the whore?

I really liked the realism of seasons 1 and 2, but think this one is silly and the show has gone way off the rails. I don't care about any of the characters now. The title doesn't even fit anymore.

The original story has run its course and the show is now something entirely different. This was alluded to in one of the episodes when the younger son remarked about his reading Jane Eyre that, 'first you think it is a romance but then turns into a thriller.'

Anyone watch the finale? Wtf was that?

I mean, I didn't mind the episode, but after that season to end it with that? Wtf was the French lady storyline for?

Just a weird season finale
