most of you know the story that Fox had to make a movie or would lose the FF rights to Marvel
they spent 1.5 million on this, never intending it to be released
here is the trailer, awful cant begin to describe it

I <3 Video in Austin has a copy for rent. Checked it out one day and holy hell it is bad. Not like the kind of bad that's fun to watch, just plain bad.

Before downloading became the pirating norm, this movie was big on the comic convention circuit. People sold tons of VHS and DVDs of this movie.

I was in a club in the DR in the summer of 05, and this was playing on a projector screen in one part of it. really weird night lol.

You know, that's not just from that movie. Marvel writers and comic historians came up with the same rationalization.
Not that Stan and Jack set out to have the personalities as the trigger for the radiation based powers, but that that the personalities and powers did match up.

I was laughing at the acting and the writing and cliche 90s soap opera feel to the whole scene.
I have yet to watch the whole thing. Might do so tonigt.
