Teen Wolf final game, WTF were the Dragons doing?

Michael J Fox gets 14 points, 6 dimes and 2 steals in the final 7 minutes or so.
The Dragons had about a 30 point lead and completely melted down, letting a 4 and a half foot guard dominate them. Lack of discipline and some over anxious passes on the offensive end did them in.
Props to the Beavers for staying the course and getting the job done when it counted.
But WTF Dragons?

Mick should have gotten multiple techs, an definitely tossed from the game. I say most of the blame rested on his shoulders.
I always thought it was pretty silly at the end when Scott was taking those final free throws, that mick was allowed to stand underneath th goal. I mean, had th writers ever watched a game of basketball before?

Mick lost his composure for sure, should have been long gone.
He seemed like a good ball player but that attitude has no business being out there. Guess the refs wanted him to get shite on as Fox won the game

Scott Howard showing up as himself, stole the Dragons mojo.

Hahaha..this always pissed me off as well. Guess Mick was just hard core and the ref's were scared of him too.

Chubby's bone rattling screens on Dragons players is worth noting as well.
Also I still love the song they play "Win in the End"

Another good question, is why does the team/fans also put chubby on their shoulders after Scott makes the winning FT?

Chubby was clearly the soul of the team. Teen wolf was leborn all 3 quarters no 4th

It also seemed like the Dragons allowed the Beavers to run the exact same play more than once in that sequence.
Very disappointing.

It was the beavers consistency...they managed to perform lay-ups, steals, fast breaks, and post-basket celebrations the EXACT same throughout their run.
BTW, where does this movie take place? North Dakota? These can't be the two best teams in a normal state.
