Yes. And the hidden mission, not once, but twice is to find Waller. Yep, she's THAT important. No worries about Enchantress channeling her inner Ghostbusters, mission is to save Waller.

Then Enchantress has this master plan to reclaim her place in Stargate lore by building this machine weapon to destroy human armies because humans worship machines. Then when she has Waller in front of her, Enchantress basically asks what are human army weaknesses... you know, so the "machine" that is 90% complete, but is not a "machine" will know what to do?

-when they first rescue Waller, she holds the button that can kill them, pretty much every one of them could've taken her out in a moments notice before she could click it

-bringing in the guy just to die was poorly done. Overall they spent so much time introducing Deadshot, Harley, and the joker that they just rushed in the other members in 2 minutes. Then they bring in the "climber" in the most obvious "he's here to die" moment I've ever seen

- why was there like a weird implied Deadshot/Harley romance going on there? They wouldn't commit one way or the other and it lead to a lot of wasted scenes


Seriously tho Croc Killer will go down as the next terrible "villian" along with Arnold's Mr Freeze, and Bane from that same movie. "YO I WANT B.E.T!!"

Fascinating...

He's a big DC and Superman fan who hated BvS. Some pretty well known posters on here have called him very honest. I believe with movie reviews he is. I mean, it's just his opinion, but I'm surprised that he liked it that much. He's been ragging on DC since BvS came out and praising Marvel. I agree with him a lot, not always, but a lot. I'm personally more pumped about it now.

ETA: More than anything, I'm just fascinated by all of this mixed reception. It's definitely apparent that a majority of critics didn't like it, as far as the general public, it's been a mixed bag from "AWESOME" to "complete shite" and everything in between. It's fascinating.

I agree with this entire post.

I like it and then I don't. I would rewatch it really just to get more of Harley. Will was great but at times I felt like he was hogging the screen time. It was like "Alright Will's lines here then cut to Robbie then insert support character here, back to Will again."

Though I can see why they did that. There were times they really needed somebody to come along and say something to keep the audience there.

I like Leto...except the Grill. Well, that and he looks like some 20 year old douche bag. Maybe I'm just "spoiled" by Ledger's performance as Joker and I shouldn't expect that every time, but I imagine Joker being a guy that has seen and done some shite. A high IQ guy that is always one (or three) step(s) ahead. i just don't get that feel from this Joker.

I thought Leto did a good job for what little he was in the film . Harley Quinn was the most entertaining character of the film in my opinion.

The new (rumored) Arkham Batman film with Joker and Harley Quinn should be fantastic.

I wouldn't say it was horrid but not amazing like some are saying. It had major flaws. 5 or 6 out of 10

It's rumored that the new Ben Affleck Batman Reboot will take place in Arkham Asylum and will focus around Joker v Batman

More bad news for the studio. THR is reporting the film is unlikely to be shown in China. So no Mexico and no China.
