I've been binge watching a few series that I picked up on from reading suggestions on here. So far, I've finished Rome, Justified and Fringe. All three were fantastic.

I'm hoping to get some suggestions on what I should consider next on Amazon prime.

Vikings. I'm pretty well addicted to that show at this point (first 2 seasons are on Prime, 3rd you'd have to pay for, and the 4th will come out in February on History).

I watched The White Queen recently (BBC original that ended up on Starz) and it was good. 10 episode miniseries.

Vikings is definitely something I was considering. I was hoping a few of the Amazon original series like Mozart in the Jungle and The Man in the High Castle would start popping up...but they haven't.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Obviously you may not have listed all the shows you've seen, but I have to kick out the obvious HBO ones:

The Sopranos

The Wire

and add another one to consider: The Shield

All 3 are excellent - arguably in the Top 5 or Top 10 shows of all time (although The Shield probably has slightly more detractors than the other 2).

I watched The Sopranos when they originally aired (that's the only reason I kept HBO at the time).
I've never watched The Wire or The Shield.

Well - there you go - that like 150 or so episodes of fantastic television.

(ETA: 148 exactly)

The Shield is a must. I love The X-Files and Fringe (I see you've watched that one). Lost is also on there if you haven't seen it. The Wire is greatness.

Mozart in the Jungle Season 1 is on Prime, it was pretty good. I'm on episode 6 of Hand of God right now and I think its crap. Feels like a stupid person created that show. Transparent, Catastrophe, and Bosch are all good Amazon originals with 1 season so far. They are all quick watches that I would recommend. I just finished rewatching all 8 seasons of Curb Your Enthusiasm and it was awesome. Extremely funny and rewarding, highly recommend.

I started Justified on Amazon recently after finishing Daredevil on Netflix. I do need to watch The Shield.

Deadwood should be free if you have Prime.

Definitely watch the Wire. I found the pilot episode hard to get through, it took me 3 tries, but once I made it through, I couldn't stop watching.

They also have the Stargate series on Prime. If the idea of Ancient Aliens appeals to you any, it's a good scifi show, and there are 10 20 episode seasons of SG-1 and 5 of Stargate Atlantis, so plenty to watch if you like it.

I watched the pilot a few months back and thought the same thing. Really dumb concept.

I started watching this and just got tired of the same crap. No matter the odds, the Russian spies always out smart every agency in the US government. Watched the first season and called it quits.

Season 6 is up at $1.99 an episode.

That's exactly what happened to me. I watched the pilot just before starting on Justified and couldn't get into it. I think I'll give it another try.
It sure gets great reviews on here.

Transparent should be something you can relate to.
