Luke Is Going After Snoke

I have a sinking feeling that fans hoping to see a scene where Luke shows off his force powers a la Vader at the end of Rouge One are in for a major disappointment.

I would be extremely disappointed if Luke used the force Rogue One Vader style. He should really be above that, being able to control matter and maybe more from a vast distance. Luke should really have powers we have not yet seen before on screen. I'm confident that we will see some originality with the Force, even more so than we saw in TFA.
ETA. It's much like the prequels ruined Yoda by giving him a light saber. By Yoda's description of the Force in the OT, he shouldn't even need one.

I dont think we're going to get Luke using a lot of powers or even crack a lightsaber. That's what I'm getting at.

Yeah, I don't think he's going to wreck shop or come close. Being the second in the trilogy, I'd expect a dark turn and a struggle for the light side.

I just have a bad feeling about this movie. Got a feeling it is just going to take a giant dump on traditional Star Wars to appeal to other segments of the population.
