I will say as a general rule of thumb it is not a good sign when they cast established stars in a science fiction (or science fantasy, whatever)movie. Lucas was even hesitant to cast ford even though he wasn't a star, he was too well known.
Watching these nerds nut themselves is getting old really fast. I think they're going to jerk us around for another hour, at least.

like I said, if they start trotting out billy D in just the first movie (surely he could have a role in a future one if it is right)that's a red flag, maybe the one armed walrus from the original, or the pig face guy making an appearance...but in terms of humanoids, there isn't volume, it's just 3, and they could do 1, but the next level is 3, and that's where they've seemingly stopped.
