Wire season 4
Succession season 4- maybe not so much the plot but the actors you could tell were all challenging each other and pulling the best out and every single week I was in awe at the caliber of acting of all the main cast.

West Wing Season 2. Some of the best writing and filming ever done it stays at an insanely high level the whole season. Ends with my favorite episode of television, 2 Cathedrals.
