Do a white peter for the MCU and let Sony go with a Morales...
We finally get Peter in the MCU and Sony gets to shite out black spidey movies with any plot they want because people won't say anything bad about a black spidey. Everyone wins...

Parker reveals himself as Spiderman in Civil War.
Then in a stand alone true reboot, he is killed early in the movie and MM is introduced. Going forward MM is spiderman in the avengers.
I'd have no problem with that.
It's a great way to tie Spidey into Civil War, kill off the non Marvel spidey movie universe, and bring the casual fan and current universe up to snuff.
If they "kill him off", it would probably need to be an ambiguous death since I'm sure they'll eventually feel the need to reintroduce Peter Parker at some point in the future.
But yeah, the more I think about it, the more I like the idea of introducing MM into the movie universe. I think Spiderman needs some serious "remodeling" from the last couple of movie depictions of him, and introducing MM is one sure fire way to do that.

Im just trying to figure out the people who down-voted my OP that simply links an article haha. How mad do you possibly have to be to do that?

You mean Andrew Garfield? The guy who's own performance-not the film, is considered one of the best superhero portrayals of all time(and surpassed anything Cryin' Tobey did)?

I couldn't even watch the 2nd one
I've walked out of one movie in my entire life and it was "the amazing Spider-Man"

the movie was a jumbled mess, something Garfield himself said.Sony was too busy shoehorning an extended universe. They cut Shailene Woodley out of the film (playing Mary Jane), they killed off Norman Osborn.
They rushed the death of Gwen Stacy in order to move the franchise forward.
That being said, Garfield was very much Spider-Man.This was the guy who'd dressed up as Spider-Man and walked around San Diego Comic-Con. He was the most pissed about TASM2.

Michael B Jordan would make an excellent Spider-Man.

the only thing I thought about him was that he looked the part.
they wrote the part incorrectly, and there isn't an actor in the world that can make shitty dialogue a great performance.
In the end, his peter parker was fricking annoying. I just remember wanting to pump him full of Xanax. He was twerky and constantly moving in some way.
I hated it

I can understand not liking the movie, but Spider-Man by his very nature is angsty and snarky. He is also constantly moving.
I personally think Garfield's one of the better actors working today, better than that dude from Jessica Biel's nude scenes that just won an Oscar.

When's the last time you knew of a black man named Peter?

snarky
yeah

angsty
maybe a little
but none of that is what I'm talking about, his body language was just odd and off putting. That isn't anything like any portrayal of peter parker
again, no fault to him...maybe, I don't know
what I do know is that the only good thing I can say about it is he looks like peter parker to the T

that's what I was thinking while conjuring up "JaPetair"

Couple of problems here
1. This guy has little credibility so unless more sources start leaking I'm not buying it
2. Marvel has wanted Spidey for years now. He's their Superman or Batman. There is no way Marvel decides to put in Miles over Parker. Peter Parker's Spider-Man is on the level of Superman and Batman. This has nothing to do with race btw

Instead of his uncle dying he leaves Peter
Posted on 2/23/15 at 4:28 pm to hg
this is ground I've already covered
but no, his uncle gets shot on his way to the liquor store round the corner
his momma dumps him with uncle ben and aunt may. His daddy?
