I liked it. Though I think I fell asleep during weekend update. I can't remember anything past the part when Leslie Jones did her part. Try to watch the rest tonight maybe.

Miley looks pretty decent with wigs and dressed normal.

Dude, Kate McKinnon may be a top ten SNLer one day. She is really good. The best impressionist they have right now.

Bobby is the best. I don't know why I laughed so hard when he went from Jarad Fogle to that other guy in the opening kit.

Total mistake, Molly was supposed to be Kate.

Have watched SNL since I was too young to get the jokes. It hasn't been good at all the last few years. Kate McKinnon creeps me out.

The writing is the biggest problem. Losing Fey then Seth has really killed the show.

I disagree. IMO SNL was at it's worst when Fey was head writer. The cast and writing in the early to mid-00's was awful. Fey was more suited for writing movies or a show like 30 Rock.

I agree with everyone else with Leslie Jones. She needs to go. I like the rest of the cast.

I thought the Saturday's show was pretty decent. The Hillary sketch was a little funny but you just can't help but cringe at the political agenda being pushed. The pope bit was awful, and you could tell it bombed with the audience. Other than that, I thought it was a solid episode.

I think Kate McKinnon is one of the better cast members, too. And yes, Leslie Jones is the worst.

I've seen Kate and Vanessa Bayer do live comedy though, and McKinnon just has it. She's funny, will adjust based on the audience, etc. Bayer was cringe-worthy live and now that I've seen that I can't enjoy her on SNL either.

The other disappointment is Michael Che on weekend update.

Really? Really? I mean really? I prefer him and Colin together more than Tina and Seth.

This can hardly be considered the worst of SNL from a writer or character standpoint. Alot of funny people in there.

Colin Jost is the current head writer and he sucks. They don't know how to end skits. Thats my biggest criticism. They all just seem to linger and then end with no real ending. Weekend Update has been terrible. It's bad all around.

anyone who says that early 1980's post Eddie Murphy was not the worst SNL of all time either hasn't seen it, or has no idea how bad SNL can get. When your biggest star is Joe Piscapo, you are screwed.

This question has been asked every year since 1976.

Of course people do, it's still on TV.

Don't like it, watch something else.

I do, as of about 2 seasons ago.

And I was a faithful watcher/fanatic of this show since the early 80's.

The last 10 years have been the worst years of this show, and by about 2012 it became completely unwatchable. My only regret is not quititing it sooner.

Glad the Miley Cyrus episode is out the way. Why do they keep bringing that whore back? Not funny, can't sing, can't act, looks nasty, etc.

Yeah being the loud black woman isn't funny. It's the only thing she brings to the table. They just put her there to say they have another black cast member.

Agree, but for some reason I've gotten to where I sort of "get" Leslie. Not a favorite, mind you, but I don't loathe her.

Anyway, the most consistent and talented are Kate, Keenan and Cecily. Guarantee you all three will be remembered as being among the better cast members over time.

And, by the way, Pete Davidson is getting great reviews . . . not just for SNL, but also his stand up.
