Just watched the 1st episode at lunch...pretty solid

Even though I do find the show funny, oddly enough, it doesn't HAVE to be funny for me to enjoy it.
The story is interesting enough on its own. I'm really interested to see what happens next.
I can't say that about a lot of shows.

What I particularly enjoy is the show's complete irreverence of silicon valley and its denizens.

The joke about him sipping out of an empty mug was the hardest I have laughed in a while.

Same here...I'm really curious to see what's going to happen for the rest of this season. It's a great show to watch after GoT/a nice 'light' show in comparison.

Should we move this conversation to the official season thread?
I watched episode three last night and thought it was pretty great. Really hope this show sticks around (it's already gotten a second season).
I'm not a big fan of the lead guy, but TJ Miller is solid, as is Martin Star and ole boy Pindy from Franklin and Bash as well. And the chick who works for Peter Gregory is a pretty legit smoke show.

Richard: "Richard. Richard. Richard."
Jared: "Donald. Donald. Donald." (which we learned is his real name this week but no one cares)
Dinesh: "Gilfoyle. Gilfoyle. Gilfoyle" (which is the name of Martin Starr's character)
The best part is the way he says Donald a few times and then realizes it and starts saying Jared

My favorite part was the sesame seeds, once I realized what he was doing I started laughing so hard.

Yes, to the Office Space reference. Except the guys make a lot more money. The last scene was great. I really enjoy this show.

the biggest thing with office space was a more updated milton joke.
so bighead has no job but cant get fired so has nothing to do. that is 2014 milton.

Exactly. Hooli pays a lot more than Inetech.

They have a really great cast on here. Lines like Thank you Florida and He's the least cool guy I've ever met could/should not be funny.
