I agree - to the people that keep saying Undisclosed is so "biased".

I think it is reasonable to consider the source of the Undisclosed podcast. I think it is even fair to assume they would not have made the podcast had the evidence pointed the other way. There has to be an inherent bias. I think that they recognize this and try to present the facts they choose to present as objective as possible. That being said, the presentation would be way different if they were trying to prove him guilty.
Facts are facts and should be considered on their own merit though.

I agree with all of this. I will say that I don't think there's been even a pretense that Rabia wasn't an interested observer.
Of course it's worth pointing out that neither Susan nor Colin had probably ever heard of Adnan prior to Serial, so it seems likely they have only been motivated by facts. Susan very early on (while Serial was still airing) was like a dog on a bone with the minutiae of the cell tower stuff. And that was months before they learned of the fax.
