. If anything I feel like Sansa fell into Little Fingers trap. Who ever she marries will be lord of winterfell, and having come to her aid he can use it to force her hand in marriage. If she doesn't, then waiting to ride in and help defeat the Boltons means that Jons army is almost decimated, while his knights did all the easy work and have very minimal loss. Little Finger now has more knights in Winterfell and he doesn't seem like the guy to help out and not get something in return. Sansa seems to have fallen into a trap.

But Sansa is in the unique position to appeal to both sides. She's the widow of the Lord of Winterfell and Warden of the North (and maybe with his child, but that's a theory for another day) and the eldest true born child of the previous Lord of Winterfell and Warden of the North (not counting Roose). Since no one has any idea that Bran's still alive, she's got the best claim to the North of anyone...just as Littlefinger knew long before any of this went down.

Sansa is the worst Stark.

Robb frustrated one of the greatest military minds in the series and bagged a perfect nude body wife. His Mom overstepped her bounds and lost him the war.

Jon is dumb...but likeable. Reminds me of a good natured idiot friend you wind up in jail with because you feel compelled to protect this jackarse in any situation.

Bran was a cute kid turned whiny annoying teen but he has super powers and might save the world,

Arya is ugly but has had some of the best Stark scenes.

Nobody really knew Rickon...hard to hate a guy who was basically raised by a wildling and left for dead by his cripple brother because he wasn't a Super.

Sansa's most enjoyable scene is what? Betraying her sister? Getting her father killed and subsequently launching every event in the series? Being ungrateful toward Tyrion for saving her? Her most redeeming scene is her wedding night when Reek watches after she blames him for everything she started. I hope Sansa gets shown the moon door.

What about her poor Direwolf? Lady would've died for her.

As others have said Sansa has been a bitch from S1E1. I have sympathy for all the abuse she has gone through but that doesn't make her a good person.

Sansa also has yet to fight a single battle herself. She has to rely on someone else to do everything. LF multiple times, Brienne, even Reek/Theon have all saved her arse. She is still the selfish girl at heart, when has she done anything for another person? Now she just has an excuse to be pissed at the world.

Sansa was always a bitch, it's just that now she's a cold-hearted vengeful bitch.

Seriously, go back and watch her scenes in the first several seasons. Most overlook it because she was just a girl who went through some awful shite, but she was a little c unt from jump street.

Simply put, it's the evolution of the character Sansa.

After most of her immediate family is murdered and she's married off to Joffrey, Tryrionn (although he's not that bad), and Ramsey, wouldn't you be a bit salty too?

She was always salty, now she just has an excuse for being that way.

I don't hate her character, but she is who she is.

She had already accepted Rickon's death. That was made clear in her conversation with Jon.

I do agree with someone's earlier statement about her being a lot like Cersei now. She did spend a good amount of time around her so it makes sense she picked up a few traits from her. She also realizes that she will never be a warrior so her only means of gaining power is through cunning and manipulation.
