Kurt russell has a larger body of work, but the only thing that stands out for Liotta is Goodfellas.

Kurt Russell might be one of the most under appreciated actors of all time. He is great in everything.

Ray Liotta, hands down.

his role as a King with magical powers in "In the name of the King" sealed the deal for me.

I actually don't really like Liotta.

Russell has been in some stinkers, but he's the better actor and more versatile than Liotta.
Liotta always seems to kind of play the same guy kind of.

I actually think Breakdown was a sneaky good movie. The ending was fairly terrible, but it had a legitimately suspenseful premise and buildup.

Don't forget about Tango and Cash.

Russell is definitely more versatile. I like him a lot more than Liotta. Lately Liotta looks like he'll do anything that falls in his lap.

I also have to go with Liotta. I think he's awesome in everything he does.

Blow, Field of Dreams, Goodfellas, Smokin' Aces....are some of his best movies. I still like Kurt though, just Liotta more.

I think both are great.

I like Liotta in Silence of the Lambs (2) whatever its called and awesome in Copland.

Russell is great, too many to mention but Overboard and Soldier are two of my favs.
