Would love some background on white walkers but probably won't happen. They don't want us to be to sympathetic to them over humans.

I'm gonna be very interested to hear how the story handles us already seeing the White Walker onslaught.

I mean, how do you give a fvck about Danny's bulkshit when there are frozen zombies coming? I'm worried everything else is gonna seem so inconsequential.

How does GRRM keep all of this shite straight? Does he have a big white board or something?

I imagine a lot of yarn tied between photos on some corkboard.

I think it was strongly enough hinted at for it to be a safe assumption in the books. At least I remember accepting it as fact before it was revealed in the show.

It's strongly implied but not confirmed, much like Dragonsteel was suggested to be Valyrian Steel and can slay the Others.

Because Dany has something that can kill White Walkers and wights by the thousands.

Obviously the dragon plots are the key, but that was just one example (and granted a poor one with the dragon connection).

Why should I give a frick about Jamie and Doren (spelling)? Who cares who's the actual king?

It just seems like every moment away from the White Walkers and getting the dragons there is gonna feel pointless.

Quick follow-up point, was it well-known before this past episode that Cersea killed Robert? They talked about that in this episode like it was so accepted but I don't remember them even hinting at that before.

If she did kill him, did she spike his drink hoping he'd fall while hunting (seems like a stretch) or did she poison him once he got speared?

She had Lancel Lannister give him particularly strong wine (drugged?) so that he wouldn't be able to handle the boar that he was hunting. It was a conspiracy that resulted in murder. I don't really remember how explicit it was in the show.

George said his next two books would take readers well beyond the wall I'm assuming we get more info on the others.

i wouldn't be surprised if we have some sort of GoT TV show for the next 10-15 years

there is so shite that they can do and so many different directions

you could do a prequel going back to the mad king or the history of the white walkers, etc

i would love every minute of it, assuming its same quality as GoT

It was implied when it first happened, and Lancel confirmed it in his first episode of the this season when he sees Cercei for the first time
