Figured we need a place to discuss it.
I haven't seen one actor play so many roles since Willy Wonka. Council of Kangs after credit was cool.
What was with the 1900s Kang with Loki and Morbius watching? Then an Egyptian Kang.
The new Cassie wasn't that good.

Egyptian Kang is Rama Tut.
I hope we have like a quick 40 min special on him. Always been fascinated by him in the comics.
Victor Timely is another Kang alias from the comics.
I think there is nothing to worry about in terms of Jonathan Majors acting going forward. Dude stole the show. I'm excited to see him play a shite load of Kang variants. Even Iron Lad and Mr. Gryphon. Dude's range is phenomenal
The rest of the movie was okay. M.O.D.O.K was grotesque and I loved it. Just wish he wouldn't have "turned good" and "died".

I also didn't care for the new Cassie. I know it was addressed in the mid-credits scene, but I don’t believe Kang is dead.

Jonathan Majors is nailing the little nuances and differences between Kang variants. He really is a very different type of big bad than Thanos and I’m excited to see more of him.
Also, agree with the poster above. I don’t think Kang the Conqueror is dead, though I do wonder if whatever happened with his drive is what leads to him becoming the Beyonder.

Pretty full theater last night. We enjoyed it a lot… so did this one dude behind us that didn’t shut up the entire movie.
So remember when 5 years was like 5 hours for Scott? But somehow 30 years was like 30 years for Janet?
Baskin-Robins Scott the real hero?
I thought the helmet kept them from exploding like the sheep? Lots of helmet off scenes.
Kang’s not dead. MODOfK was a nice bonus I didn’t expect, but…odd arc for him.

I thought it was pretty good, but I’m not really over critical. I just want to be entertained. I thought Cassie absolutely sucked, the actor and character.
My initia reaction to the ants and how Kang was defeated was a little disappointing, but then again he is Ant Man afterall, and the hero’s relationship to the ants is a pretty big deal with the hero’s as a whole.
Majors was incredible and Kang was an absolute showstopper.
Honestly I was a little skeptical of introducing Kang this way, rather than the way Thanos was introduced. Almost seemed like they would blow their load so to speak rather than building him up slowly, but then I remembered just how much there is to Kang and his variants to make me realize that there’s so much to do to envolope his whole story that they probably needed to introduce him like this early to really be able to tell his story.
Any doubts I was feeling about that direction were quelled when the post credit scenes ran. Holy hell.

I thought the ending was too clean, seemed like we were destined to have Scott and Hope trapped inside the quantum realm, only for... SURPRISE... Cassie turned on her satellite and they are immediately able to go home.

I am so excited for the random arse Kang cameos we are going to get everywhere going forward

I agree it was too clean, but I have to be honest and say I can do without another “stuck in the Quantam realm” story.
Part of me wishes they beat the shite out of each other but everyone ended up making it out on screen. Wasn’t a huge fan kf the “well wait did we actually win?” Part at the end

Overall, I don't think it was a terrible movie. Wasn't the best either, but I think the majority of the bad reviews are more due to MCU fatigue considering Phase 4 was a dumpster fire.
IMO, I will likely watch this movie again if I'm bored unlike Love & Thunder, Eternals, Shang-Chi and Multiverse of Madness.

She is a smoke show. I looked her up and she is actually blond in real life which is disappointing.

They gave Morbius a cameo? Lol

Watched it today. So glad almost every one is sharing the same sentiment in the fact that Cassie sucked. Enjoyed MODOK but the bad guy going good chiche sucked. Pacing felt off as the 2nd and 3rd act kind of dragged a bit, but this has me excited for Kang Dynasty as Majors killed it. Hopefully we get a little more in Loki 2

Yeah I'm looking forward to seeing how he formed the TVA.
