Power Rangers Spin Off - I want a good Mech Warrior Movie Please

Any of you ever play the Mech Warrior/Battle Tech RPGs back in the late 80s? There are a lot of novels written that go along with the story of the game and really flesh out the world and its characters. The PC games went even further and the first two were a LOT of fun.

I'd love to see them make a Mech Warrior movie based around the Coming of the Clans story line. House Davion vs House Kurita, with the Clans suddenly invading and Wolf's Dragoons and Kell Hounds forced to choose sides.

I know this is probably all gibberish to most of you. But you never know, there may be a few here that are in-the-know. If you like bigass robot mecha and sci-fi stories with a great world concept, huge cast of characters, and lots of intrigue and spook stuff, give the BattleTech novels a read.
