I'm way late to this thread bc I just watched the episode.

I just wanted to give props to Carl.

I'm not a Carl fan. I love to hate on him.

BUT, when Sasha popped out the casket and attacked Negan, Carl was the first one who didn't hesitate, and started capping the garbage people.

Nice job Coral.

Anything else to try to save his son. Rick thinks Michonne just felt to her death and his son is about to have his head bashed to a pulp. He doesn't really have a lot to live for. Try anything to stop that. Negan looks like he weighs 150 pounds. Bum rush him and try to take the bat from his hands. Negan was damn close to Rick during that scene. He's not getting a full force swing on Rick if Rick springs at him. Chances are you surprise him, and maybe you get lucky with one of the saviors accidentally killing Negan when they try to stop him.

I have come to the conclusion it is best to stop trying to make sense of this silly show.

It's a comic book so...

Ehh, plenty of fiction has corniness to it. Some of you people get so worked up. Just enjoy it.

BTW, I've been wondering, and I'm sure the show will never address it, but what would happen if Maggie or any other pregnant woman had a miscarriage? Would the fetus eat its way out and kill the mother, turning her into a walker? In this newly primitive world, infant mortality like that would seem to be a real problem.

That's EXACTLY what I was hoping was going to happen to Lori.

Maggie doesn't even look pregnant.

I think she was just trying to tie glenn down.

Exactly, I gave up on page 17 of this thread. How miserable must so many of the posters in this thread be in their daily lives? They seem to thrive on bashing a show about zombies over minute details.

There's pretty good discussion on reddit for TWD - they run a pretty tight ship when it comes to bitching and complaining in the actual discussion thread. I don't really look at reddit other than that

Almost half the comments in the post episode thread on Reddit are people complaining about how they felt this episode was a let down and the season is a failure.

Finally watched the season what a horrible waste of my time

This show has become horrible and the writers have become terribly lazy

No creativity
