One thing that needs to be said: Carl was a bad arse with his no hesitation reaction when the Sasha Zombie appeared. He took out a few guys and briefly gave the Alexandrians a chance at gaining the upper hand. Obviously they got overtaken quickly somehow, but you still have to hand it to Carl this episode.

No doubt. I'm so used to Carl screwing up, but he didn't disappoint in this episode. Like you said as soon has Sasha fell on Negan, and while everyone was still processing it, Carl didn't think twice to start capping people. Everyone followed Carl's lead on that one, even Daryl. Then Carl immediately hit the deck, grabbed his assault rifle, and started laying down fire. Carl was definitely on point in this battle...for once.

To be fair, it was a sneak attack.

how long the leader of the GPK could have her way with Rick.

Why would she even say this knowing that there would be know "after"? thats the kind of lazy writing that bothers me.

This is just another attempt to reinforce that she is actually on Rick's side and not about to betray him. It's actually very intelligent writing.

Eta: She obviously knows Michonne is going to say no.

And she was built like a female cage fighter.
Michonne is swift with a blade... but not known for her grappling skills

Exactly.
& the people bitching about the tiger only taking out bad guys need to stfu and EAD. It's a tiger in a show about the zombie apocalypse... it's badass and if it would've killed Rick or Carl and they'd still be bitching about it because it's realistic.

The actor that plays Ezekial actually (humorously) answered that question on his twitter.. Sorry not good at links and don't have twitter..

But he said that Ezekial draws pictures of bad guys and trains Shiva by showing them to her like flash cards.... obviously..

The shootout scene with Negan was some corny shite.

Wut? There was no inclination from Rick and Co. at that point that they were questioning their loyalty.

That doesn't mean that she wasn't paranoid that he may find out, so she was trying to make it seem even more like she was on Rick's side. It would be just like someone who is undercover going out of the way to make it look like they weren't undercover.

i really thought the scavengers were just a plot device to help even the manpower/firepower odds with the saviors...i was truly surprised with how that unfolded.

it will be interesting to see whether they disappear from the narrative now, or fight along with negan, or what

That tiger can SMELL evil, just as well as Negan can smell when the situation smells like shite.

It just doesn't make sense to sit there and nitpick.
It's a tv show based off a comic book, of course some things here and there won't make sense. It's not supposed to be a simulation of a zombie apocalypse.
To each his own.
