Sutter just fricked this season up so bad jax's death will have 0 impact as most now feel he deserves to die

Nah. I think it all depends on how he goes out. He's always deserved to die if you really look back and see all the horrible shite he's done.

Jax's death could actually set shite right for a whole lot of people if you think about it.

For as much as I hate Gemma, I was glad to see her go out that way. That she told Jax she had to go, that it was ok, and all of that

I thought the dialogue was fine in the scene, but I didn't like the direction. Thought it should've been way more emotional on Jax and Gemma's part. In full disclosure, I've never been in a position where I've had to decide to kill my own mom, but ive gotta think it'd be pretty tough. Gemma just goes out this hard bitch like she's always been. In seven years she changed zero. There could have been just the smallest arc right there at the end, but nope, Gemma's still a hard arse even when she's destroyed Jax's life as much as she can.

Another thing that bothered me about the scene...once Jax killed Unser you knew there was no way he was letting Gemma go, just took a lot of the drama out of the "is he/is he not" part of the scene.

The main problem I had to the scene was the lack of reaction either of them show to Unser being shot/killed

I thought the same thing, but it's also appropriate in a really say way. He died the way he lived: completely ignored. They never really cared about him.

Jax used the frick out of Unser over and over. And he was a fool for loving Gemma.

Agree that once he died, you knew Gemma was dead.

100% of club problems were because of Gema

Also, the Tellers have been miserable failures as Presidents.

Unser deserved to die, too.

I think that Chibs kills him too.

My hope is they show the two boys over the revamped club. Or they're in a college dorm and reading their dad and grandpa's manuscript. At least Tommy. Abel- that kid's likely going to be a sociopath

Props to Charlie Hunnam and Katy Segal this episode. After the meeting with the Presidents Jax had a clear resolve to him. Like he was glad it was done. Gemma was the same way. Took it all in stride, got her shite together, went out really well.

Gemma never gave much of a sheet about Unser. He just fawned over her. Jackson an Gemma used him all series long.

Agreed. I think the scene would have been more dramatic if Unser would have showed up the moment Jax shot Gemma. But Sutter probably would have turned that into a shitty gunfight and car chase.

I guess Sutter wanted to give Unser and Gemma one last scene together. The only part that makes sense is like CaptSpaulding said... "(Unser) died the way he lived: completely ignored. They never really cared about him."

I agree with what most said, once Unser was dead you know there was no way Jax could not kill Gemma.....I also think Jax is a POS for killing Unser even though Unser didn't leave him with much of a choice, he could've still just knocked him out or something

My wife has actually never seen season 1 because when we didn't start dating until season 2 started, so I'm kind of excited for the series finale so that I can rewatch the first season again with her

Pretty sure Jax will die from the Mayhem vote.

But I also think Sutter thinks he is smarter than he really is and will try and do 21 twist in the finale episode.

So who knows.
